We accept Visa, Mastercard, and payment with paypal accounts.
Shipping and Handling:
Orders will usually be processed and shipped out within 2-4 weeks. All shipping and handling charges will be $6.95 by UPS Ground. Confirmation letters, along with UPS tracking number, is sent out on the shipment date.
Exchange/ Return Policy:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please return it for a refund, exchange, or credit. Returns or exchanges must be made within 10 days upon receipt of goods. Please email us at info@cnckids.com prior to shipping the item. When we have confirmed your order, please ship return items along with invoice, and a note identifying the item to:

Claims:
Claims for shortages, damages, or incorrect merchandise must be made within 10 days of receipt of order. Inspect merchandise before processing; decorated merchandise or washed items cannot be returned.
Requesting a Catalog:
We do not offer any printed catalogs because we update our inventory with new merchandise every month.
